Chinese students could send electronic verification reports (China Higher Education Student Record, China Higher Education Qualification Certificate, China Higher Education Degree Certificate, China Higher Education Student’s Academic Transcript, China College Admission Examination Results, China Secondary Education Qualification Certificate, and China High School Academic Proficiency Test Results) to the foreign universities or organizations via the CSSD-foreign transmission service. Chinese students

Use “Name” and “ID Number” to register your CHSI Archive, then check your student record (for those who have not completed their studies) or higher education qualification certificate and degree certificate (for those who have already graduated) information. If your student record, qualification certificate or degree certificate information cannot be found in your “CHSI Archive”, please contact the related management department in your school to check your name and personal identification number. Then use “Name” + “Identification Number” to conduct a re-registration to check the existence of your educational information.

The personal information filled on the foreign school’s application websites should be consistent with that in your “CHSI Archive”.

Please use the same personal identification number as filled in your CHSI Archive when applying for “Verification Report of China Higher Education Qualification Certificate”, “Verification Report of China Higher Education Degree Certificate”, “Verification Report of China Higher Education Student’s Academic Transcript” and other verification reports.

Students from other countries

Please contact the related management department in your school to confirm the personal identification number used to register your student record, higher education qualification and degree. Then use the same identification number to apply for the “Verification Report of China Higher Education Qualification Certificate”, “Verification Report of China Higher Education Degree Certificate”, “Verification Report of China Higher Education Student’s Academic Transcript” and other verification reports as filled on the foreign school’s application websites.

The personal identification number used on the foreign school’s application websites, the CHSI Archive registration, the application for “Verification Report of China College Admission Examination Scores”, “Verification Report of China Secondary Education Qualification Certificate”, “Verification Report of China High School Academic Proficiency Test (Huikao) Results” should be the same. Note: We still provide the inquiry and transmission service for the Verification Reports of China Secondary Education Qualification Certificate (includes: secondary vocational schools, technical schools, adult high schools) and Verification Reports of China Secondary Education Student’s Academic Transcript issued before May, 2019.
